If you're not satisfied with the work within 30 days of your project start date, we'll refund your payment in full. We'd rather make it right or part ways cleanly than have you stuck with something that doesn't work for you.
To request a refund, just email us at foley.osu80@gmail.com within the 30-day window. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Your site or web application will not be made public, connected to your domain, or announced anywhere until you explicitly approve the launch. You review the finished work first — we go live on your word, not before.
Packages can be paid as a one-time payment or split into monthly payments, as agreed at the start of the project. A deployment fee may apply when hosting outside of Wix, and this is always quoted upfront before any work begins.
We build in review points throughout the process so you can request changes before the work is considered final. Reasonable revisions during the build are included; major scope changes beyond the original brief may be quoted separately.
Once your project is paid in full, you own the final site, application, and content delivered to you. Any pre-existing tools, templates, or code we use to build with remain ours to reuse on other projects — but nothing that's specifically yours is shared elsewhere.
Support after launch is available as outlined in your package or agreed separately. We stay reachable for questions and issues — we don't consider the relationship over the moment the invoice is paid.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the current terms. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
